What Is Occupational Therapy?

What does an Occupational Therapist do?

Our Occupational Therapists help people of all ages build the skills they need to live more independently and confidently.
Occupational therapy focuses on supporting the abilities that make everyday life easier — from self-care and learning, to play, work, and community participation.

Located in Broadmeadows, our warm and professional team is here to help children, teenagers and adults reach their personal goals in a supportive environment.

Common areas we work on include:

  • Fine and gross motor skills

  • Emotional regulation and focus

  • Sensory processing and body awareness

  • Daily routines and independence

  • Confidence in play, learning and social interaction
